Mary,
The contact information that I have is Sue Albrecht (Owner) 531-2435 or Tom Lincoln (surveyor) 9744417. I will ask that
they remove all reference to the City gas easement from the plat submitted to the County, and that they create a
separate plat and communicate directly with you regarding the gas easement. If I do that, though, I likely can't 'hold'
approval of the plat since it won't reference the gas easement. If there's something different I need to do, let me know.

I am aware of this.
Our review is incomplete.
The plat needs to be attached to an actual Deed of Easement between the City and the Owner/Developer, not simply on
a "Certificate of Plat" or "Subdivision Plat".
The Deed is still in the City Atty's office.
Actually, we've been attempting to contact the owner/developer to remove the "county signature" lines from the plat
they sent to us and to create a "unique" plat for our deed.
do you have owner/developer/atty contact information you could pass along?
I suggest you comment that the "gas easement dedicated" items (visual or textual) of the plat need to be removed .
and not grant final review/review or any other "stopping" point you can use to "hold-off"---final approval---until you
hear back
from the City, that the deed of easement has been "signed" and "approved"

Hey Kathryn,
I'm not sure who to ask about this,so I thought I'd start with you! I have an easement plat under review and amoung
many easements on it are "a new variable width gas line easement 'Hereby dedicated'to the City of Charlottesville" and
"a new 15'gas line easement 'Hereby dedicated'to the City of Charlottesville". The site is Albrecht Place right behind
shoppers world. Does someone over your way want/need to review this plat? Can it be dedicated to the City without a
city signature? Plat attached in case you want to see it.
Any info you have would be great!

Tom,
I have reviewed the revised plat and my previous comments have been addressed. I did notice,though,that the line
table references lines(W15-W18)that are for an easement on the adjacent property and included in SUB201500176;for
clarity, please remove these lines from the table. I am awaiting ACSA comment and will let you know as soon as I hear
from them.
