Subject: SUB 201500172 Albrecht Place—Easement Plat (TMP 61M-12-1E)
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which
is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [Comment] The gas easement dedication to the City of Charlottesville should not be included on this plat.
I spoke with Mary Zylowski with the City and she requested that the gas easement and dedication be
handled on a separate plat. Please coordinate with Ms. Zylowski and either remove all reference to the gas
easement or add the Deed Book and Page information once the gas easement has been recorded.
2. [14-302(B)(5)] Zoning classification. Add Airport Impact Area (AIA), Entrance Corridor (EC), Managed
Steep Slopes, and ZMA201100010 to the Zoning note.
3. [Comment] This plat cannot be approved until all reviewers grant their approval. ACSA comments will be
forwarded once received. Engineering has reviewed the plat and has no objection.
