Attached is a new rendering per your request.
The height of sign is the same as the existing sign. I added the CMYK colors to the rendering, but I will put samples in the
mail if you so desire.

Tracey,
I've reviewed your proposal for the Sprint signs at the Shoppers World Retail Building. Revisions are needed to make the
proposal consistent with the applicable guidelines and criteria. A letter outlining the issues is attached. A shortened
version is provided below.
1. The Comprehensive Sign Plan for the "Shopper's World Retail Building" applies to this proposal. A copy is
attached.
2. The criteria of the approved Comprehensive Sign Plan require that signs be located in the sign bands above the
awnings. Entrance Corridor sign guidelines require that signs not obscure architectural details. The proposed
location obscures decorative brickwork. Please revise the location to place the signs over the awnings and to avoid
the decorative brickwork.
3. The sign appears to be overscaled for the available wall area. A maximum height of 24" is recommended.
4. Add the letter heights to the sign drawing.
5. Color samples were missing from the application. Submit samples of the yellow and gray/silver colors for review.
6. Add the following note to the sign drawing: "The level of illumination provided by the LED lights will not exceed
the illumination produced by a single stroke of 30 milliamp(ma)neon."
Please respond by email within 15 days indicating whether you will or will not proceed with these revisions. Please email
the revised drawings to me. If you choose not to proceed with these revisions, staff will be unable to approve your
application.
