Good Morning Gwen,
I have reviewed the Subdivision plats and have the following comments for each of the Lots listed below: All lots have
been reviewed and approved for a private driveway access.
I have no comments for the Subdivision Plat showing Lots 1 and 2 for the initial division of this parcel.The existing Lot
marked as T.M.44-33F Trustee of Declaration of Trust Made by Horace Goodell will retain a 20' access easement on the
existing entrance and is approved for continued use.
Lot 1A
This lot has an existing entrance that will need to be updated to current standards under permit.This lot has been
reviewed and approved for an entrance to be located anywhere along the frontage of this lot and can meet all
minimum specifications for a private driveway. A permit will be required.
Lot 1B
This lot has an existing entrance that is centerline of the property corner of Lot 1 B and Lot 2 A.This current entrance
will need to be removed as it does not meet the new current standards.This Lot is approved for a new driveway
entrance that can be located anywhere along the frontage of this lot and can meet all minimum specifications for a
private driveway.A permit will be required.
