Lot 1 has an approved location for a new entrance to be built and will require a Land Use Permit prior to the start of any
work.
I have reviewed the existing entrance location for Lot 2 and find it to be acceptable and approved for use with no
improvements needed. If you should have any questions or concerns please let me know.
