I have reviewed the plat to create lot 10 and have the following comments:
• Add a note that ACSA water and sewer easements are to be centered on the as-built location.
• Clarify which Block Lot 10 is in.The ACSA approved plans show lot 9 in Block 35A, but calls out the location of Lot
10 as future Block 35B development.

1. Section 14-302(B)(5) — Please revise the name of the zoning district from Neighborhood
Model Development to Neighborhood Model district.
2. Section 14-302(B)(10) — Please remove Note 6. It is our practice to not have this note on the
plat when no stream buffers are present.
3. Section 14-303(A)— Please revise the statement so the description shows uBlock 35A"
instead of"Block 35."
4. Section 14-303(D)— Please confirm the acreages at time of final submission. Our GIS data
currently shows the acreage for the residue as 239.03 acres, but I understand this will be changing.
