Once the plat is approved, signed, and recorded, please provide a copy of the recordation and then we can issue the permits. 3 Also,the site plan for block 12 (SD014-61) shows landscaping easements`td plantings on lot 7 (Lot 19 on your layout)that are not reflected on your proposed lot layout. Please see attached. The lot layout should match the site plan or a revision to the site plan is needed before building permits can be approved. The zoning review for each permit in CV has been updated to denied.
