Gwen - Thanks for providing this. The plat is ready for owner's signature.
Ms. Mahone - There is one minor edit (misspelling) (see highlight on the attached). I apologize for not noticing this
before. You don't have to email the revised file back to me. Once revised, just provide me with signed /notarized copies
of both the Declaration and the Road Maintenance Agreement so I can sign the plat.

Please find attached a pdf copy of the revised plat for Irma H. Mahone.
The plat has been revised to remove any reference to the four (4) year restriction and only reference
the thirty (30) years per SP201300015.
A revised date has also been added to the plat.
Please let me know when all of the comments have been addressed and the plat is ready for owners
signatures.
