You don't have to email the revised file back to me. Once revised, just provide me with signed /notarized copies of both the Declaration and the Road Maintenance Agreement so I can sign the plat. Mahone. The plat has been revised to remove any reference to the four (4) year restriction and only reference the thirty (30) years per SP201300015. A revised date has also been added to the plat.
