Ms. Sprouse,
I have reviewed the proposed sign application and have the following comments:
1. 1 understand Stewart Wright contacted you on 12/15/15 about the proposal to clarify which sign(s) were
actually proposed, and you indicated that it was only the sign shown in the attached PDF. This review is for that
sign only.
2. Provide color samples, or revise the plan to indicate the pantone numbers for each color.
3. Provide a landscape plan with the following:
• Clearly show the sign location.
• Add landscaping to integrate the sign into the overall landscape.
• Add evergreen shrubs around the sign base to help screen the poles.
• Provide the species and size of all proposed plantings (18"-24" at planting is the minimum requirement).
4. Revise the drawing to indicate whether or not the sign is illuminated. If this sign is not illuminated, please add
the note 'No sign illumination proposed'.
Please respond within 15 days of the date of this email indicating whether you will or will not proceed with these revisions.
Your decision to make the revisions will suspend the 60 -day review period associated with your original submittal. If you
choose to complete the revisions, please email the revised drawings to me. If you choose not to proceed with these
revisions, staff will be unable to approve your application. Failure to respond to this email shall be presumed to be a
request to proceed to action on the application without further revisions.
If you have any questions about this action, please contact me as soon as possible. I look forward to receiving your revisions
and completing this review with an approval letter.
