Ellie,
I have reviewed the easements and would like to provide comments broken down by SUB#.
• SUB201500021
o Remove"public"from the ACSA easement callout.
o Remove "public"from the plat description ("plat showing...").
o Correct the spelling of"Albemarle" in the "plat prepared for..." section.
o The ACSA finds the 60 scale acceptable to correctly show the easement.
• SUB201500025
o No comment.
• SUB201500026
o No comment.
• SUB201500027:
o Update the plat showing section to "A New 20 Foot ACSA and Variable Width ACSA...."
o Remove "public"from the ACSA water and sewer easement callouts.
o The ACSA finds the 60 scale acceptable to correctly show the easement.

Alex,
I scanned and sent all of the easement plats we spoke about on Friday. Right now I have the two comments from Jo's
email entered as your review on all four applications. If there are any you'd like me to change to'no objection' so I
won't send them to you when revisions are submitted, just let me know.
Thanks,

After reading the engineering comments, I figured out that#1 is the Albemarle Storage LLC plat and#2 is the Sheeflee
LLC parcel plat-the other two we will figure out.
Reading below-we can edit to say "easement" in place of"subdivision" -Thanks for explaining this.
The revision date will be shown on each plat on the left side along the border-no problem.
The ACSA comments will be addressed which is only to revise the labels on the ACSA sewer and water easements
which is no problem.
Thanks for getting back to me. Have a good weekend. Jo

Jo-
The 'Title" of the application is that which is listed on the subdivision application; we spoke about this previously
on the phone including the need to provide distinct titles so that each application would be distinguishable.
The applications all had the same titles (in fact, the applications were simply photocopies of the same
application), so they were assigned numbers for differentiation. The title on the plat itself is not used as the
application title...additionally, SUB201500025, SUB201500026 and SUB201500027 all had multiple titles within
the plat sheets so that is another area of confusion and wouldn't work for an application title. See below for
additional information in red.

Ellie -
You assigned a number but the reference says "easement plat(3)". I have no way to determine which plat
these comments pertain to since 4 separate applications were submitted. Please give the title currently shown
on the plat to be sure.
Item#4-the date of the most recent revision is shown on the plat- it is along the left edge just outside the
border. I missed this also but it is there.
—My comment clearly says'when revised'; so, when the plat is revised include a revision date. This is something
people often forget.
1
Item#8- I don't understand why a ■ffsent for division statement is required wheR1lO subdivision is being done.
This can be misleading to understanding that is just an easement plat.
Actually, the owner may decline signing because there is no consent to subdivide involved in this document.
Explaining that the County is requiring something that clearly does not apply- is not enough for a property owner
to do this.
—The consent statement is required. The 'description of land subdivided' is meant to be edited to describe what
is taking place...so, if it's an easement you describe that in this location.
The other comments seem routine.
Please advise. thanks Jo

The Review for the following application has been completed:
Application Number= SUB201500026
Reviewer=John Anderson
Review Status= See Recommendations
Completed Date = 03/05/2015
Comments in CV—not shared with Applicant—thanks for your patience, Ellie:
"1. Recommend inset details for E13 and E18, but not required.
2. Furnish directional arrows, Easterly Variable Width Temporary Construction Easement to aid
understanding/reading of E13 and E18.
3. Furnish bearing and distance for line between E9 and E10.
4. Transfer all utility data from Plat Showing a New 20 Foot and Variable Width Drainage
Easements (DB 3804, PG 431-432; 10/23/08) to this Easement Plat. 10/23/08 Plat accompanied original
site design, which has been revised. Loss of utility data is consequential to construction: GAS LINE, for
example.
5. Transfer stream buffer information from 10/23/08 plat.
6. Three (3) Temp Grading Easement lines appear obscure. Revise so readable: bearing for 79.46'
line; distance for bearing S 29°23'05" W; distance for bearing S 29°58'44" W.
7. Depict stream buffers; ref. dot hatching of 10/23/08 Plat.
8. Transfer note re. Flood Zone `A' or `X' to plat, as needed.
