Right now I have the two comments from Jo's email entered as your review on all four applications. If there are any you'd like me to change to'no objection' so I won't send them to you when revisions are submitted, just let me know. Reading below-we can edit to say "easement" in place of"subdivision" -Thanks for explaining this. The revision date will be shown on each plat on the left side along the border-no problem. The ACSA comments will be addressed which is only to revise the labels on the ACSA sewer and water easements which is no problem. Thanks for getting back to me. Have a good weekend. Central Standard Time, eray @albemarle.orq writes: Jo- The 'Title" of the application is that which is listed on the subdivision application; we spoke about this previously on the phone including the need to provide distinct titles so that each application would be distinguishable. The applications all had the same titles (in fact, the applications were simply photocopies of the same application), so they were assigned numbers for differentiation. The title on the plat itself is not used as the application title...additionally, SUB201500025, SUB201500026 and SUB201500027 all had multiple titles within the plat sheets so that is another area of confusion and wouldn't work for an application title. I have no way to determine which plat these comments pertain to since 4 separate applications were submitted. Please give the title currently shown on the plat to be sure. Item#4-the date of the most recent revision is shown on the plat- it is along the left edge just outside the border. I missed this also but it is there. —My comment clearly says'when revised'; so, when the plat is revised include a revision date. This is something people often forget. 1 Item#8- I don't understand why a ■ffsent for division statement is required wheR1lO subdivision is being done. This can be misleading to understanding that is just an easement plat. Actually, the owner may decline signing because there is no consent to subdivide involved in this document. Explaining that the County is requiring something that clearly does not apply- is not enough for a property owner to do this. —The consent statement is required. The 'description of land subdivided' is meant to be edited to describe what is taking place...so, if it's an easement you describe that in this location. The other comments seem routine. Please advise. thanks Jo In a message dated 3/6/2015 12:57:08 P.M. Central Standard Time, eray albemarle.orq writes: Kevin/Jo, Please find attached my comments for the above referenced application.
