We spoke some time back about a property on Howardsville Turnpike owned by Carl Evans, who wishes to divide it. It is beside Tommy Payne's place.You had said you had been to the site and would approve an entrance (on a new parcel) and Carl's existing entrance would suffice to serve the residue as well as Carl's house. I know its been some time back. The soils work has taken a while. I've submitted a division plat to Albemarle County and they have commented. The comments are below and#3 pertains to you. I think you were just giving me a heads up to lookout for the soils information, but please let me know if I've somehow totally forgotten something about this application. Here are some minor comments for this plat: 1. [Section 14-302(A)(10)] On Sheet 1, please revise Note 6 to indicate that the residue of Parcel 11 is retaining 2 development rights and may be further divided. 2. [Section 14-309 and 310] Please provide soils information to be forwarded to the Health Department for review. 3.
