Hi Kirk,
I have transmitted the soils information to VDH and will let you know as soon as I hear back from them.
I'm also reviewing the plat creating Lot E. It has been assigned application number SUB201500075 and
comments will be due by May 12th
I've reviewed the revised plat for Lots A-D. The remaining comments for SUB201500028 are:
1. Section 14-309 and 14-310—VDH approval.

2. Section 14-302(B)(7)7—"Please revise Note G to specify the water supply watershed as the "North Fork
Rivanna Intake water supply watershed." The Agent has interpreted "notation" under this section to
mean that the note indicates one of the six specific water supply watersheds within the County.

is State Route 605.
2. [Kirk's Comment-)revised plat. Section 14-302(A)(4)—Please indicate the dimensions of the
existing easements under the Easement Legend.
3. [Kirk's Comment-)revised plat. Section 14-302(B)(7)—Please revise Note G to indicate "this
area lies within a water supply protection area and specifically lies within the North Fork
Rivanna Intake water supply watershed. It does not lie within an agricultural-forestal district."
4. [Kirk's Comment-)revised plat.Section 14-302(B)(8)—Please revise Note B to indicate the front
setback is 75 feet from a public street.
5. [Kirk's Comment-)revised plat.Section 14-303(D)—Please show the area summary for Lot D.
6. Section 14-309 and 14-310—I will forward soil tests to the Health Department for their review

listed below.
Lot A has been reviewed and has an approved location for a private entrance. A permit will be
required prior to construction.
Lot B Has an existing private entrance and is approved for continued use.
Lot C has been reviewed and has an approved location for a private entrance.A permit will be
required prior to construction.
Lot D has an existing private entrance and is approved for use with two users as the driveway is
currently constructed.
