I'm also reviewing the plat creating Lot E. It has been assigned application number SUB201500075 and comments will be due by May 12th I've reviewed the revised plat for Lots A-D. The remaining comments for SUB201500028 are: 1. Section 14-309 and 14-310—VDH approval. 1 2. Section 14-302(B)(7)7—"Please revise Note G to specify the water supply watershed as the "North Fork Rivanna Intake water supply watershed." The Agent has interpreted "notation" under this section to mean that the note indicates one of the six specific water supply watersheds within the County. Thanks, J.T.
