Please find attached a pdf of the revised Subdivision Plat for Old Trail Lot 3A and 3B, Blocks 1 and Lot 4A and 4B, Block
3C with the following comments addressed.
I [Section 14-302(A)(3)] On Sheet 2,please revise "Morning Place"to show "Mornington Place"and "Mornington
Lane."
/ • Morning Place has been revised to show both Mornington Place and Mornington Lane.
Ni. [Section 14-302(A)(4)] On Sheet 2, there is a 9'sidewalk easement shown on TMP 055E0-01-3C-000A0 where the
existing plat shows a 6'sidewalk easement(see DB 4565, PG 586). Please revise.
• The 9'sidewalk easement shown on TMP 0550-01-3c-000a0 has been revised to read as a 6'sidewalk
easement.
. [Section 14-303(D)] The acreage of Lot 3B on Sheet 1 does not match what is shown on Sheet 2. Please revise.
• The acreages shown on Sheet 1 match those shown on Sheet 2.
✓4. [General Comment]On Sheet 2, can you please add the easement detail used for the easement plat in Block 12
(SUB201500014)?Please also change the title of"Easement Legend"to "Existing Easement Legend."
• The easement detail has been added and the title of Easement Legend has been revised to read as
Existing Easement Legend.
5. [General Comment]On Sheet 1, Note 8 refers to lots that are not shown on the plat. Please provide an exhibit
showing these lots or revise the statement to read that "a minimum building separation of 10'is required
between unattached units."
• Note 8 has been revised to read as"A Minimum Building Separation of 10' Is Required Between
Unattached Units."

Comments for this plat are based on" .t'subdivisions following final site plan appro al" review under Section 14-207.
Also,you may be aware that I've been working with Leslie and Bill on an LOR for this area. I've attached our latest
correspondence in case there are any changes to the plat that are necessary.
1. [Section 14-302(A)(3)] On Sheet 2, please revise "Morning Place"to show"Mornington Place" and "Mornington
