I have since forwarded the applicable deeds you sent me to the various reviewers who need to review them/approve them: 1)ACSA draft deed—which I sent to ACSA. ACSA will be working with you on the draft deed for their aspect of the proposal. (if they send me the comments, I'll forward them to you). 2) SWM Draft deed and Maintenance agreement—which I sent to Ana Kilmer/ County Attorney's office. Our attorney suggests that we would record the plat with the certificate of plat,then the deeds of easement would reference that recordation (rather than having plat recorded multiple times).
