Chris,
I wanted to provide an update on the above referenced applications.SUB201500039 is now approved by the ACSA. I am
reviewing the deed separately and the county will not be involved in that process.
RWSA has granted approval on the revised plan.The applicant will be supplying me with 3 copies today so that I can
prepare the approval package. Once that is ready it will take a few days to get all of the signatures required at the ACSA.
Once the approval package has been finalized I will recommend approval of SDP201400067. I anticipate I will be
recommending approval late next week.

I have received Engineering's comments for the easement plat.
Their only comment was: "1. The stormwater management easements should be specified as private
easements. "
Comments from VDOT are pending, once received I'll forward them to you.

Subject: The lofts at meadow creek- BLA/easement plat
Earl,
As discussed over the phone I am trying to get my hands on the recorded plat which shows those lot lines for
Lots 3 -7, as they are to be vacated with the plat currently under review, thus I need to assure they actually
exist/were recorded. Currently County Real-estate records do not show them as being recorded nor does the
County GIS.
After tracking the DB ref information you provide on the plat DB 4450-29, I notice DB 294-494 seems to

reference these lots. Can you provle me a PDF of that DB page information(DB 294-494) or whatever plat set
those lots to record.
