Pre-application meetings are generally assigned to staff in our Thursday morning planning meeting. I was assigned the meeting to discuss your proposal on TMP56-36 at that time, but because there wasn't any available information(layout, idea of proposal, questions, etc) I am the only staff member assigned. I noticed today that a proposed layout has been provided along with several questions. Now that I see what you have in mind and the questions you'd like answered, I think additional staff such as zoning, engineering and VDOT will need to attend. Unfortunately, because assignments were made on Thursday, those staff members are not available. If you'd like to get just the basic information that I can provide we can go ahead with Monday's meeting, but I don't know that I'll be able to provide comprehensive answers to your questions.
