SUB2015-72, 73, and 74-Matthew C Hines
I am checking on the status of the above mentioned 3 step subdivision application per a phone call from a
contract purchaser of one of the lots in Step 3, Brad Brown. Below I am providing a status update of all 3 steps.
After going through each file I do not see anything that is holding these plats up. Please see the following
summaries. If I am missing something please let me know.
* Step 1_SUB2015-72 was approved on 6-3-15.
* Step 2_SUB2015-73 had initial comments sent out on May 18th and is pending a resubmittal for
approval.
Health Department approval was received on 6-1-15,thus we are not waiting on this.
It appears that this step is ready for approval,provided all the minor comments in the May 18th letter are
addressed in the revision.
* Step 3_SUB2015-74 had initial comments sent out on May 18th and is pending a resubmittal for
approval.
Health Department approval was received on 6-1-15,thus we are not waiting on this.
County Attorney approval of the maintenance agreement was received on 6-15-15, thus we are not waiting on
this.
It appears that this step is ready for approval too, provided all the minor comments in the May 18th letter are
addressed in the revision.
