Here are comments for this application:
✓1. [Kirk's Comment-I Revised Section 14-302(A)(1)—Please revise the application number located
beneath the Agent's signature line to show"SUB201500075."
✓2. [Kirk's Comment-I Revised Section 14-302(A)(4)—Lot E needs to be provided frontage via a "private
street." Please revise the labels for the access easement to read "New Joint Private Street Access
Easement" and "New Private Street Easement 50'Strip" respectively.
/3. [Kirk's Comment-I Revised Section 14-302(A)(7)and Section 14-302(A)(10)—For clarity, please remove
the land hook across the old parcel line within Lot D.Also, please revise Note C to read: "Lot E is
allocated two development rights. Lot D retains two development rights that must be utilized within the
5.34 acre boundaries of the old IMP 10-9 (see previous SUB2015000028 plat prepared by this office).
3. Please eliminate Note D.
[Kirk's Comment-I Revised Section 14-302(A)(9)—Please revise Note F to begin: "Lots D and E..."
/5. [Kirk's Comment-I Added Section 14-302(B)(5)—Please add a note to indicate this area is located in the
Flood Hazard Overlay District. [Please add this note to SUB201500028 as well.]
/6. [Kirk's Comment-]Revised Section 14-302(B)(7)—Please revise Note G to indicate "this area lies within
a water supply protection area and specifically lies within the North Fork Rivanna Intake water supply
watershed."
17. [Kirk's Comment.]Revised Section 14-303(A)—Please revise the Owner's Consent to include just Lot D.
t/8. [Kirk's Comment-1 forwarded to Attorney for edits,await return Section 14-235(A)—Please revise the
maintenance agreement required by Section 14-317 according to the attached document. I've also
attached a blank checklist to use prior to resubmitting.
/9. [Kirk's Comment-I Added Section 14-235(B)—Please add a note with the statement from Section 14-
303(N): "The streets in this subdivision may not meet the standards for acceptance into the secondary
system of state highways and will not be maintained by the Virginia Department of Transportation or
the County of Albemarle."
