Subject: SUB 201500214 VanClief — Boundary Line Adjustment
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Boundary Line Adjustment
Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the
applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302(A)(2)] Provide scale for vicinity map. Scale should be 1"=2000'.
2. [14-302(A)(10)] Include development rights note on plat (see checklist or this section of the ordinance
for required language).
3. [14-302(B)(2)] Include the name of plat preparer.
4. [14-303(0)] Include a separate signature panel and statement of consent to division for Tallwood
Forest LLC. An authorized signatory will need to sign plat.
5. [14-303(0)] Daniel Van Clief Jr. appears to be misspelled in signature panel. Please revise.
