Please find attached a pdf copy of th- revised Boundary Li a Adjustment Plat for Douglas F. Seal, Jr.
The plat has been revised to change Nate C to state that;Revised T.M. 39-16C1 may not be further
divided into any lot less than 21 acres.
Lot C-1 was inadvertently created without : development right assigned to it."
Please let me know if this plat is now ready or signatures.

Lot C-1 should not have been allowed to have been created in 1995 as a 6 acre division_ That portion of
the TMP 39-16C was transferred from TMP 39-16 as a 21 acre boundary line adjustment without a
development right. so no parcels smaller than 21 acres should have been allowed within that footprint.
This plat remedies that past mistake.

Gwen,
I'm working from home today so I don't have all the plats I pulled yesterday for review with me, but I seem to remember
that when Parcel C was added it did not come with a development right...I think the wording says something like '
Parcels B and C may not be further divided and...Parcel C is not a separate parcel and is to be added to and become a
part of parcel 16C". I also researched the development rights on parcel 16 and it looks like the plat that created Parcels
A, B and C only consumed only 1 development right...meaning the two 21 acre parcels (B and C)were not assigned
development rights. If I'm remembering correctly,this would mean that when 16C1 was created (whether it be a part of
the 21 acres that were added or not)since it was less than 21 acres it would have needed a development right. (though,
now the parcel will be more than 21 acres...so I may need to discuss this with David) If you have access to these previous
plats and think I'm remembering incorrectly...send them along and I'd be happy to take another look.

Please see attached a copy of theorded plat (1966) of Parcel 16C chaining 24.63 acres.
Parcel 16C1 is a portion of the 21 Acre parcel (Parcel C) from Parcel 16 that was added to Parcel
16C (D.B. 1127-423).
The residue of Parcel 16C retains five development rights.
Once you have had a chance to review this, please let me know when the plat is ready for signatures.
