(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) Planning This subdivision plat has been reviewed under Section 14-207 of the Subdivision Ordinance. /1. [Section 14-235] On Sheet 2,please revise the label of what is currently shown as a"New 30' Shared Driveway Easement"to be a"New 30' Private Street." 72 . [Section 14-302(A)(4) and(5)] On Sheet 2,please show the name of the owner of record for the drainage and / Green Acre Lane access easement. [Section 14-302(A)(15)] On Sheet 1,please provide a physical address for the owner,Deep Acres, LLC. [Section 14-302(B)(8)] On Sheet 2,please reduce the 75 foot setback on Lot 15 to 25 feet. 5. [Section 14-303(A)] On Sheet 1,please revise and update the"Statement to consent to division"to match the language provided in this section. A. [Section 14-317] The County Attorney's office is currently reviewing the private street maintenance agreement. I will let you know as soon as I hear back from them. Staff has provided references to the County Code. The Code is kept up-to-date by the County Attorney's office and may be found at www.albemarle.org/countycode. In accord with the provisions of Section 14-229(B) of Chapter 14,if the subdivider fails to submit a revised plat to address all of the requirements within six(6)months after the date of this letter,then the application shall be deemed voluntarily withdrawn.
