Hi Mike,
The County Attorney's office returned an approved private street maintenance agreement this morning and I have also
received a revised plat that addresses all of my comments from 8/11.
One question: The private street maintenance agreement included with the revised plat was not signed. However, I still
have the signed and notarized signature sheet from the first maintenance agreement that was submitted with the
original application. Would you like for me to use the previous signature sheet with the resubmittal? If so,we can
complete your application and I can make plat and agreement available for pick-up at our front desk.
If not,we should coordinate a time to have you come in and sign the revised maintenance agreement and then I can
coordinate the signature on the plat before you leave.
Please let me know which option you'd prefer.
