I will let Mr. Richardson know that the BLA plat can not be approved until the Family Division Lot is ,
deeded to his son and recorded in the Clerk's Office. /
We will revise the plat to reflect this once it is done. '

Gwen,
The changes to the TMP look good; however, that lot was part of a family subdivision which the county
approved last year.
The division was for their son to own it. Shouldn't their son be an owner and a signer on this plat?

1) "Lot B (portion of TMP 27-39A)" as referred to on the plat has been provided a Tax Map Parcel by the
County, TMP 02700-00-00-039A1. Please revise the plat to utilize this tax map parcel number throughout.
2) When the plat is revised assure a revision date is provided on the plat.
