Subject: SUB201500143 Old Trail Village Block 28—BLA
The Planner will recommend approval of the plat referenced above when the following items have been satisfactorily
addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions
may be added or eliminated based on further review.)
Planning
This subdivision plat has been reviewed under Section 14-208.1 of the Subdivision Ordinance.
1. [Section 14-302(B)(5)] On Sheet 1,under the setbacks,please add a note to indicate: "On October 8,2014,the
Board of Supervisors approved a special exception to vary the Old Trail Code of Development to allow roof
overhangs and eaves to encroach the five-foot building setback within Block 28, subject to the following
condition:
1. Roof overhangs and eaves shall not project further than one(1)foot into the five-foot building
setback.
Staff has provided references to the County Code. The Code is kept up-to-date by the County Attorney's office and may
be found at www.albemarle.org/countycode.
In accord with the provisions of Section 14-229(B)of Chapter 14, if the subdivider fails to submit a revised plat to address
all of the requirements within six(6)months after the date of this letter,then the application shall be deemed voluntarily
withdrawn.
