JT,
I have reviewed the above referenced application. The only comment I have is to update the sanitary sewer easement
callouts on the plats so that they are dedicated to the ACSA and not to public use. I have also attached a sanitary sewer
deed of easement template for use by the applicant for the sanitary sewer easement.

Good Afternoon J.T.,
I have had Mr. Snead under permit to upgrade this existing entrance by adding an additional section of pipe and add the
correct radii to the right side of the entrance and ditching for drainage to the existing entrance to meet the criteria for a
moderate use entrance. This work has been completed and inspected and approved for additional use. Please let me
know if you should have any questions or concerns.
Thanks,

JT,
It may take a little time for the applicant to get the deed of easement in place for the sewer. I have instructed them to
make the corrections to the plat and re-submit it. I do not need the deed in place to approve the plat and subdivision.
The deed will be required before service is setup. I just wanted to give you a heads up and make sure you had no issues
with that.We usally do not handle deeds until the dedication stage, so I did not want it to hold up the subdivision plat
and associated easement plat.
