Attached is a revised plat, per your comments.
I took the liberty of rewording the changes ever so slightly to match the writing style of the plat.
If it should cause any heartburn let me know,and I will adjust accordingly.
Comment#:
1) —note revised as requested.
2) Added the FH Flood Hazard Overlay note—right below the other zoning information... I also modified and
moved the flood note right below the FH note,to keep that information together.
3) Sheet 2—show the floodplain.
The text changes on sheet 1 have been highlighted. Unfortunately the text recognition part of Adobe Acrobat makes the
sheet look a bit crappy. The originals or a .pdf without the highlight will look much crisper and cleaner.

Here are comments for this application:
1. Section 14-302(A)(10)—On Sheet 1, please revise the development right note for Lot C-5 to read: "Lot C-5
contains no development rights, but may be divided into two lots of at least 21 acres."
2. Section 14-302(B)(5)—On Sheet 1, please indicate that both properties are also zoned Flood Hazard (FH) Overlay
District.
3. Section 14-302(B)(9)—On Sheet 2, please show the limits of the floodplain.
