Bryan,
I have reviewed the revised Sheet 1 and determined the plat is now ready for County signature.
Per your instructions, I have replaced Sheet 1 with the revised copies you provided. There are now a total of 4 sets of
the plat ready for owners' signature at our front desk.
Once signed, I will coordinate the County's signature and then make the signed plats and revised maintenance
agreement available for pick-up at the front desk.

SUB201500185:
1. [Comment] On Sheet 1, please remove the signature block from VDOT. It is not necessary.
Please revise the plat and submit it for County signature.

Yes, Bryan, this application is correct. It will be classified under the "Easement Plat Amending a Previously
Approved Easement Plat."
Please also submit a revised private street maintenance agreement with the revised plat. Thank you.

Good Morning J.T.,
I have reviewed the change in location in the field with the owner's representative and do approve of this location
change which works better for the entrance and driveway grades and requires less of a cut and lay back of the slopes. I
do approve of this location as shown on the plat and as soon as you have issued the approval the owners can proceed
with getting the entrance permit as I have already given the application to them. Please let me know if you have any
questions or concerns.

Hi Dennis,
I'm not sure if you've been contacted by this applicant or not, but we received an application to move the easement for
a driveway entrance approx. 95 feet to the east of where it was originally approved in August of this year.
Would you need any additional information to determine if VDOT can approve the revised entrance location beyond
the attached plat?
If so, please let me know.
