Planning This subdivision plat has been reviewed under Section 14-207 of the Subdivision Ordinance. I°l [Comment] On Sheet 2,please remove the length indicating"366.29"'along the frontage of Lot 1. 4 [Section 14-235] On Sheet 2,please revise the label of what is currently shown as a"New 30' Access Easement" / to instead be a"New 30' Private Street Easement." ✓3. [Section 14-317] The County Attorney's office has approved the private street maintenance agreement subject to minor edits. Please revise the agreement and submit a signed and notarized version when the plat is submitted for County signature. Staff has provided references to the County Code. The Code is kept up-to-date by the County Attorney's office and may be found at www.albemarle.org/countycode. In accord with the provisions of Section 14-229(B)of Chapter 14, if the subdivider fails to submit a revised plat to address all of the requirements within six (6)months after the date of this letter,then the application shall be deemed voluntarily withdrawn.
