Dear Steve,
I have reviewed the revised landscape plan received in this office on December 15, 2015 for the above - referenced project.
The revisions satisfy the outsanding conditions of ARB approval. You may consider this letter your Certificate of
Appropriateness.
This approval is predicated on the fact that the design and materials, as proposed for review, will be used. The acceptance
of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as indicated on the site plan, attachments, materials,
samples, and other submittal items presented. Any change in the approved design or materials will require an amendment
to the plan and a new application.
Please note that Sarah Baldwin's email message of December 17, 2015 to you indicated that this proposal requires a
Special Use Permit. If changes are made to the proposal during the application and review process for the Special Use
Permit, those changes are subject to ARB review.
