The Early Grading Erosion& Sediment Control Amendment Plan (WP0201400091) submitted 30
October 2014 has received Engineering Review and appear to meet Albemarle County minimum
checklist items for engineering approval of Early Grading.
The Early Grading plan amendment will be added to the previously approved Early Grading plan
WP0201400021. No additional bond will be required at this time. The County VSMP Inspector
will distribute the plans to the owner and contractor. Should the County Inspector find the limits
of disturbance increased or the need for additional control measures required to protect the site,
additional fees will be required.
