Below are summaries of the changes, and attached are the revised plan sheets and calculations.Also,the changes to the plans have been highlighted in red to assist you with your review. 1. The revised sheet 3 shows an updated vicinity map for the mitigation plan. I believe this vicinity map is an improvement and will allow your inspector to more easily locate the mitigation area. 2. I've revised the proposed riser to be 36" in diameter, and the proposed barrel to be 24" in diameter.This revision allows the design storms in excess of the 2-year event to flow through the riser/barrel combination quicker, resulting in a lower 10-year peak water surface elevation.The new peak 10 year WSE is now below the proposed emergency spillway crest elevation,which remains the same at 524.60'.This revision also results in the ability to reduce the emergency spillway width to 70'while maintaining one foot of freeboard.Sheet 3 has been updated accordingly. 3. The attached plans continue to propose the sealing of the existing riser. 4. The revisions noted above in item#2 still allow for the proper detention of the 1-year and 2-year design storm events. Updated routing calculations,channel protection calculations and a watershed summary table showing this have been attached for your benefit to replace the previously submitted sheets.Also,sheet 2's watershed summary table has been updated accordingly. Thanks, Graham From: Graham Murray Sent: Monday, September 14, 2015 10:29 AM To: 'Glenn Brooks' Subject: RE: Towncenter Dr. SWM Easement Plat Good morning Glenn, As I stated previously,Steve Garrett of Commonwealth Land Surveying was out sick for most of last week.And unfortunately when he finally returned on Friday, I was on vacation this day(9/11). I was however able to speak with Steve this morning and his/this recorded SWM easement encompasses our proposed SWM facility. I also want to follow up with you on another matter.The WPO and MIT plans, VSMP application,VSMP fee,SWPPP report, PPP, response to comments and the SWM calculations were all submitted to the County on Friday.The SWM calculations packet is attached to this e-mail for your benefit as well. This submittal was ahead of the required deadline on 9/16. From recollection,you stated in our meeting you would provide a response within 1 week, or the resubmittal deadline on our behalf would be extended 1 day past the 10/2 deadline for each additional day past your 1 week review deadline. Please let me know if I am remembering this incorrectly. Also, if you have any questions while you are reviewing the plans and calculations please let me know. I will respond immediately and welcome the opportunity to work with you towards the final resolution/approval of this plan.
