On Sheet C6.0 tee pian snows .46 acres to be disturbed, bur does not matcn tota area in the water .c-luaiity caicuialons section Pease revise :o march the total .46 acres. [Revision I] Comment not addressed. The total disturbed acreage is .74 acres. However, 0.26 acres does not need to be included when determining phosphorus removal. This is a temporary laydown area only and it does not appear to add new impervious or revise turf area. You will meet quality requirement with level I, but please revise the Site Data tab to reflect correct info. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions V. 6a) Revise the total disturbed acreage to .43 acres. Also, revise impervious and turf areas. Phosphorus removal is .05lbs/yr. The total disturbed acreage has been updated. 6b) Revise the managed turf area stated in the narrative. It does not match the plans. The narrative has been updated. 6c) Revise the acreage in the water quality section of sheet C6.0 to match above comment (a). The water quality section on Sheet C6.0 has been updated. 6d) On Sheet C6.0, revise I 0 year peak flow for pre and post to match report. The 10 year flows have been updated. 6e) (New Comment) Has the capacity of pipe downstream of biofilter been checked? Please provide analysis for 10 year storm. Please remove the fker fabric underneath the pea gravei, The new standards prefer tnis., Also, geotextile fabric should wrap sides of ttiofiiter only. The idea is to allow for more infiltration. The intent of the filter fabric shown is that it will only be a 2'wide strip above the underdrain to keep it from clogging. This appears to match what is shown in the ,BMP Clearing House Specification No.9 Figure 9.4a. A note has been added to the biofilter detail indicating that the fabric is only 2' wide and shall be centered on the underdrain. See Sheet C6.0.
