What is the status of approval of the attached boundary line adjustment plat by the County? Kilham Revocable Trust property and we are ready to proceed onto the next steps now. 1. We would request that you draft the deed for the boundary line adjustment and include VOF as a signing party. The land being transferred to New Orleans Terminal Company should be made subject to the easement restrictions for the New Orleans Terminal Company property and released from the easement restrictions on the Kilham property. The deed should include a reference to this information. The deed should also include a reference that the BLA does not create or convey any building, structure or subdivision right. The VOF signature line will be for Martha H. Little, Deputy Director. 2. An initial review of the survey plat shows that it does not include the VOF easement reference for the New Orleans Terminal Company property in the Notes section. The survey plat was dated prior to the easement donation, but for the purpose of the BLA we would like to request that the plat be revised to add this information for the new easement. When the deed draft is available, please forward it to me in Microsoft Word format with a copy of the survey plat. I will forward them to our staff attorney to review for any requested revisions. If you have any questions, please let me know. I will be out of the office until Monday, April 27th.
