Please show new access easement to SWM facility. 2)Label the public drainage easement from str 66 to the existing pond. 3)E1 and E2 layout is not the same as the approved site plan. Please revise. 4)Show drainage easement for diversion dikes on sheet V3. This runs east to west on northern portion of site. 5)The note “Public Drainage Easement (E335-E38)” appears to be mislabeled. Please revise E335 to E35. 6)On Sheet V3, the line separating Block 2 and Block 6 does not appear to be correct. See the approved site plan. 7)The road bond shall be posted prior to the approval of the subdivision plat. Please submit a road bond request.
