Good Afternoon Gwen,
I have reviewed the existing entrance off of Route 641 that will serve as access for Parcel 2-B1 and the residue of
35-43B1 with utility easement access for Prime Tower Development and find this private entrance meets the
minimum VDOT private entrance standards for sight distance, minimum width and radii and is approved for
continued use with this division of property.The new 60' and variable private entrance access easement with
connection to Route 641 is approved for no more than two units. An entrance permit will be required prior to
constructing this new connection to the state road. If you should have any questions or concerns please let me
know.

The County of Albemarle has received application to develop/subdivide [Tax Map 35,Parcel 43B1]. This project
requires Health Department approval before receiving final County approval. The applicant has provided soils
information, which is attached. Please review the proposal for suitable subsurface drainfields which comply with the
provisions of Chapter 18, Sections 4.2.2,4.2.3,4.2.4,and Chapter 14, Sections 14-309 and 14-310 of the Albemarle
