—This application is for the 6 townhouse units included in the Wickham Pond Phase II Block 1 Preliminary
Subdivision Plat, Road Plans,and Erosion &Sediment Control and Stormwater Management Plan.The Final
_Plat for Block 1 did not include the subdivision of the lots for these units because they are attached and a site
_plan application is required for attached units.This project has shared amenities and is accessed via the
Wickham Pond Phase II roadway network.All units are served by public water and sewer.These units will be
—built as affordable units to fulfill six(6) of the eight(8)the ADU requirements of the development.The other
two(2)affordable units will be constructed on an adjacent lot as a duplex and will be submitted as a building
—application under separate cover.
