Department of Community Development has reviewed the above referenced site plan (dated 5-19-14).
Comments are provided below:

1. [General Comment]Please be aware of the timing requirements and other responsibilities associated with
each of the proffers for this development. For questions related to proffers, please contact Rebecca
Ragsdale in Zoning at 434-296-5832, ext. 3226. The best point of contact for affordable housing
questions is Ron White with the Office of Housing at 434-296-5839.
2. [General Comment] On Sheet C-3, please insert the original proffer sheets (as attached to the email
providing these comments). The current proffer sheets shown do not match the approved proffers shown
in ZMA200500018.
3. [General Comment] On Sheet C-1,please revise the application number to read SDP201400041.
4. [General Comment] On Sheet C-1, under Note 4 of General Notes, please show the approval of the
initial site plan(SDP201400028)was given on 5-23-14.
5. [32.5.2.a] General information. On Sheet C-1,please revise Note 6 to indicate this parcel is zoned Steep
Slopes overlay district. We do not have a Managed Slopes overlay district.
6. [32.7.9.2.a]Landscape plan. On Sheet C-2,please provide details of the street trees adjacent to this site to
confirm that they meet the canopy requirements under Section 32.7.9.8.a.2.

1. Recommend show final contours 645'and 646'to limit nuisance ponding and prevent unintended runoff
to adjacent properties that may lack drainage outlets.
2. Show cable-tel easements,if known;existing power,water,and sanitary are shown.
