This is premature. The VSMP plan for Blocks 1-3 calls for the diversion dike and stormwater conveyance channel, which are within this easement, to remain until the road system is stabilized and runoff from lots 16-23 can be discharged to storm drains, and the storm drainage system up to structure 58A is installed. None of this appears to have been done. Please address. On Sheet V4, the drainage easement shown on TMP 78E -HI should actually be a private drainage easement instead of a public drainage easement as previously requested. 2. Existing easements on the final plat should include the deed book and page number references. 3. Other than items I and 2, the final plat appears acceptable. Sheet V3: a. Line DE27 should be dedicated as a "20' Private Drainage Easement ". b. Stone sewer runs 41 thru 40: There does not appear to be adequate space provided, within the limits of the right -of -way, for the maintenance of the storm sewer. A "Public Drainage Easement" should be dedicated a minimum of 10' from the centerline of the proposed run. 2. Sheet V4: a. The drainage easement located within Open Space E should be dedicated as a "Public Drainage Easement ". b. Storm sewer runs 8 thru 6: There does not appear to be adequate space provided, within the limits of the right -of -way, for the maintenance of the storm sewer. A "Public Drainage Easement" should be dedicated a minimum of 10' from the centerline of the proposed run. 3. Sheet V5: a. Lines DE21 and DE22 should be dedicated as a "Private Drainage Easement ". b. The 20' Sanitary Sewer Easement line shown within the limits of the right -of -way, at the intersection of Terrace Lane and Delphi Lane, should be trimmed out.
