1. Inlet computations —Please confirm Tspread column values; only one listed value. (Rev. 2) Partially
addressed. As follow-up: Revise Str. 11 since spread =9.5' (>'/2 travel lane width + gutter pan width).
2. Although Davenport and WSA Capacity and Traffic Impact Studies are provided, please list ADT used to
prepare C-1 Road Classification (pavement depth) table. (Rev. 2) Addressed. [Pavement design: Dr (Middle
Entrance, ADT 8,000) =22.0; Dp =22.8. Albemarle County defers to VDOT review on Rt. 29 pavement design.]
3. C-1 —Total disturbed area =20.37. Revise, consistent with VSMP plan set. (Rev. 2) Addressed.
4. Provide end sections (ES -1) or endwalls (EW -1) on all pipe outlets. Endwalls for culverts 48" or taller.

5. Show safety slab (SL -1), schematically in any structure taller than 12'. (Rev. 2) Addressed.

2) Addressed/NA —retaining wall eliminated.
9. Transfer sheet C-6 to VSMP plan set. (Rev. 2) Addressed.
10. C-1 —Remove Part II C technical criteria Note. This Title sheet statement requires clarification provided in
12 -Nov County email. (Rev. 2) Partially addressed. As minor follow-up: C-1 reference to email should
read Albemarle County Community Development rather than Economic Development.
11. C-3 —Label Str. #42 pipe outfall riprap dimensions (L x W x D). —see Str. #28, C -3B. (Rev. 2) Partially
Addressed. As follow-up: Estimate outfall riprap L x W. L= varies' x W= varies provides insufficient
guidance for review, inspection, or construction. (Ref C-3).
