I have addressed your comments on the attached plats SUB201500175(special WELL lots plat) and SUB201500167(Golf Open BLA) I do not know which plat will be recorded first but I addressed your comment concerning the acreage based upon the special lot plat acreage coming out first.The only other concern is the ownership of the Storm-water Management Easement(D.B.3289 P.29-32) a copy of which is attached.The owners of the property on which the easement lies is Keswick Corp., and Keswick Club L.P.,the beneficiary appears to be the citizens of Albemarle county. Please look at the language I used and let me know if there's specific language you would prefer. If you need hardcopies let me know and I will send some over. Will you please update the acreage for this parcel depending on which plat is planned to be recorded first? Does that make sense? SUB201500167—Keswick BLA: 2 1. Section 14-302(A)(4)—On Sheet 2, please add the name of the owner of record to the stormwater management easement. 2. Section 14-302(B)(5)—On Sheet 1, please note these properties lie in the Entrance Corridor(EC)overlay district. 3. Section 14-302(B)(6)—On Sheet 1, please show the full 14 digit tax map and parcel number for each parcel under the owners information. 4. Section 14-302(B)(10)—On Sheet 1, please add a note that states "The stream buffers shown hereon shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance."
