Per your comments, I have revised the plat(Sheet 3 of 6)to show a separation between the sanitary
lateral easements for Lots 7 and 8 and terminated them at the ASCA Sanitary Sewer Easement. Please
find attached a pdf of the plat (Sheet 3 of 6)for your review. The revisions did not affect Sheet 4 of 6.

$192,420 Subdivision/road performance bond -Old Trail Village Block 12 Phase 2 and 3 road and utility plan
$112,000 Subdivision/road performance bond -Old Trail Village Block 12 Phase 2 and 3 road and utility plan-water and
sewer
$502,570 Subdivision/road performance bond—Old Trail Village Block 15 Phase 1&Phase 2 road and utility plan

The lickinghole fee associated with WPO-2015-00066-Old Trail Village Block 12 and 15 has been paid. NOTE: Per John
Anderson,there is no WPO bond to be posted for WPO-2015-00066.

I just got off the phone with Bill. We discussed some other very minor note changes. I'm happy to look at a .pdf of the
revised notes.
Lastly, I know ACSA has approved the site plan, but I am confirming with them that the plat has also been approved.

I just talked with John about the Block 27 Plat. I have made the minor changes he noted (SSE VAR=Variable Width
ACSA Sanitary Sewer Easement departing and labeling the PDE 22 departing Golf View Drive—A Private 22' drainage
easement-that reduces to a 20' private drainage easement. I am just doing one last review before I have the plat
distributed for signatures.
