Ellie,
I have reviewed the above referenced LOR for Timberwood Commons. I see no changes to the proposed utilities, as
shown on the previously approved plans. The previously approved plans have since expired. Please instruct the applicant
to submit 3 copies of the plan (showing the LOR changes) to the ACSA, Attn: Jeremy Lynn, PE, for re -approval. Once the
re -approval is in place I will recommend approval of the LOR.
