Per Mark- On the Mitigation Plan under the legend we added to the note beside the icon
showing the mitigation planting unit of 400 SF. By averaging using species specified, we
calculated a conservative 450 SF of canopy to be achieved at 10-years of maturity within each
"mitigation unit". We then multiplied that by the number of mitigation units proposed to get the
canopy area provided by the mitigation plantings. This number was, and remains, under the Tree
Canopy Calculation on the Landscape sheet.
