To demolish the existing building at 455 Albemarle Square for new construction of a sit-down Texas Roadhouse
restaurant with associated parking, lighting and landscaping. The new building will be 7,420 SF.

become the property of Albemarle County. Applicants are encouraged to maintain duplicate copies of all

complete without the appropriate checklist, completed, signed, and included with the required submittal
materials indicated on the checklist.
