Your attached documents show that. The comment also said to show that the equipment will not be visible from higher elevations on the Entrance Corridor. I don't see where the information you've sent specifically addresses the visibility from higher elevations. I've attached a document that the Stonefield applicants presented to the ARB to address a similar issue in that development. In addition to equipment locations, equipment heights, and parapet/roof heights, it takes into consideration topography/elevation at a distance from the building, and the resulting visibility. Regarding the brick detail The ARB comment related to the appearance of the south elevation said to add detail on the parapet wall that provides an articulation at the top. It seems the drawing you sent articulates the detail that was already proposed rather than illustrates additional detailing. Regarding the alternate stone If no other materials/colors have changed, a full sample board is not required and the Shawnee sample will suffice. If you want to re-listen to the December 7 ARB meeting, you can access the recording using this link. Thanks. I wanted to share the attached drawings with you and obtain your feedback on the information provided. Please note that one attachment is a site specific roof plan with equipment heights as well as roof and parapet heights noted. Please advise if this is sufficient to demonstrate that all rooftop equipment will be screened from the EC as required. You will see that the equipment height does not exceed the parapet height in all cases. In addition, please see the other attachment which includes a parapet detail to convey the brick detail that finishes off the top of the building. Please advise if this is sufficient to demonstrate the detail requested at the top of the building as discussed in the last meeting. 1 One final item, we have a sample boaof the alternate stone,Shawnee, that we w II submit with the other revised documents. Please advise if this is sufficient for this alternate material, since the ARB already has the full sample board of the other materials that we are not changing. Thank you for your input on the above.
