Sheet C-501 indicates 21,400 SF of land disturbance is proposed and an increase in impervious surface on site is proposed. Please submit plans for conformance with county Water Protection Ordinance including erosion and sediment control and storm water management. A WPO application and plans have been submitted for review. Existing Conditions Information 1. Please provide date and source of topographic information. All topography should be at least visually field verified by the designer within the last year. The Site Data on Sheet C-001 has been revised to state source of topographic information. 2. Please indicate dimensions and recorded deed book and page number for all existing easements including gas line which appears on sheet C-102. Recordation of gas easement could not be found. Other easements that recordation could be found are shown on the plans. Proposed Plan View Information 1. Please delineate each part of the approved site plan or the most recently approved site plan minor amendment plans (SDP2010-00089) which is proposed to change by identifying in title sheet and on plan sheet or including supplemental sheets (see attached format example). The Site Data on Sheet C-001 has been revised to include reference to approved site plans and minor amendments. 2.
