I have reviewed the plat and existing entrance off of route 674 for this Lot E family division and find it
to be safe with improved sight distance and sight distance easements are already in place and
approved for safe access and continued use. If you should have any questions or concerns please let

While reviewing the file it dawned on me that the Declaration and Affidavit for the family division need
to be updated to reflect the correct tax map parcel of the parent parcel: TMP 27-39C. The previous
County Attorney approval of these docs will stand but prior to approval of the plat I need the revised
docs. Other than the above the plat is ready for owner signature and County approval. Please submit
the signed/notarized plat and revised legal docs mentioned above.
