Emily or Danielle,
In Countyview SUB2015-200 Donald Richardson is tied to TMP 02700000003900; however, per recent
discussions with the Real Estate Office that parcel number was omitted and revised by the County. The
surveyor who made the application has been alerted to the TMP change and I am pending his response.
Regardless, the new TMP for that parcel is 02700-00-00-039C0. Please revise Countyview to tie it to the above
TMP. Once this is accomplished please let me know so I can re-run the Tier II groundwater study for the
project.

Please copy/paste (leave originals in place) the PDF files to the proper file in CityView
so that it can be properly managed by Laserfiche.
***Also, please note that the orthos used in the map images for the assessments are from
Y2013. If this should change, you will need to make sure you update the maps and legend
text (i.e. the MXD that is used to generate the maps) .***
***NOTE: Tier 2 Assessments will only be done where a CDD staffer chooses the dropdown
menu option for Tier II on application page 2 in CountyView.***
