The changes made are as follows: Cover Sheet 1 of 15 1. Revision date of 3/11/13 added. 2. Open space adjusted. Sheet 2 of 15 1. Revision date of 3/11/13 added. 2. Driveway pavement detail changed from asphalt to concrete. Sheet 4 of 15 1. Revision date of 3/11/13 added. 2. Landing and Gate Entrances detail revised to clarify 3 foot curb nose down transition to fully depressed curb. Sheet 7 of 15 1. Revision date 3/11/13 added. 2. Lot numbering reversed and building numbers added. 3. Lots 13-17 shifted to the south 4 feet to provide a separation of 23 feet between the units on lots 17 and 18. Lot 13 side yard reduced from 15 feet to 11 feet. The sanitary sewer from manhole 2 and 1 and the corresponding easement has been central between the units on lots 17 and 18. This allows construction of 18-inch eaves on the sides of these units and precludes encroachment into the ACSA sanitary sewer easement. The note "Units on lots 17 and 18 will not be permitted to have eaves/overhangs encroach into the ACSA sanitary sewer easement along the side yard"has been deleted as it no longer is an issue. 5. Driveways/garages associated with end units have been relocated such that they are adjacent to the "party wall". 6. Optional 10' x 8' concrete patios have been added to the rear of all units. 7. Front stoops have been revised to 7' x 4' and 3' lead walks from the front stoop to the driveway have been added. 8. Open Space Area"D"has been reduced to accommodate the increased lot depth for units on lots 23 through 34. Open space area for Avemore Phases I, II, III and IV still exceeds 25%. Sheet 8 of 15 1. Revision date of 3/11/13 added. 2. Changes made on sheet 7 of 15 incorporated into this sheet. 3. Water house connections and sewer house connection locations adjusted to accommodate unit architectural plans. 4. Spot elevations for driveway/garages associated with end units have been revised per new driveway/garage location for these units. Sheet 9 of 15 1. Revision date of 3/11/13 added. 2. Changes made on sheets 7 and 8 of 15 are incorporated into this sheet. 3. Profile sanitary manholes 3 to 2 to 1 and 5 to 1 adjusted per unit shifts on lots 13 through 17. Sheet 10 of 15 1. Revision date of 3/11/13 added. 2. Lot sanitary sewer house lateral crossings revised per new lateral locations. Sheet 12A of 15 1. Revision date of 3/11/13 added. 2. Horizontal changes made on sheets 7 and 8 of 15 are incorporated into this sheet.
