Justin,
Also, administrative staff will be notifying you of the SRC notification fees which must be paid prior to the
SRC meeting. These fees are also listed on the application and are calculated based on the number of abutting
owners who need to be notified of the SRC meeting/site plan submittal. Again, Admin staff will be calculating
this within the next week or so and should notify you of that fee. Thanks

Justin,
I'm looking over the site plan submittal for the major amendment for Regents Sch 1 (SDP2014-46) and note
that the application failed to check off the Critical Slopes Waiver Request and glected to pay the fee of$425
for the waiver. Otherwise I believe we have the required documents for the ever request but need the fee paid.
Please submit the fee as soon as possible(sometime this week). Thanks

Justin,
As of this morning I have received word from both the Health Dept and ACSA about Christian
Aid Mission site plan.
ACSA's comment: "The ACSA is proposing a PRV vault and associated water main along the
frontage of the property. The proposed ACSA infrastructure should be shown on the plan and
called out as Proposed ACSA Project #2012-12. The design engineer should have a digital copy
of the plan already. If another is needed please have him contact me directly. Thank you. "
Health Department—has no objections.
You now have all comments from all reviewers...they are also entered into Countyview.

Alex,
SDP2014-46 Major Amendment - Christian Aid Mission
I wanted to check on the status of your review for the revised Christian Aid Mission site.
During the initial review of the plan you approved the proposal. However then the school
revised the plan to omit the second entrance which opened up to Broomley Road, with this
current proposal they plan to ONLY install a pork chop at the existing entrance on Rte 250.
So at this point I believe you would have no objections for the review. Please confirm this, prior
to my approval of the site plan.

Justin,
Attached is VDOT's comments on SDP2014-46 Christian Aid Mission.
Also, here are Engineering's comments: "This plan appears to be what the board requested, so
I must recommend approval with the condition that signage ("no left turn", channelization
signs, stop signs, etc.) be provided with the island.
However, for record, this solution was not recommended. These islands do not work. To see
evidence of this, one has only to observe the cars driving around the island recently installed in
the entrance of the Treesdale complex on Rio Road. The only way to prohibit left turns out of
an entrance is to install a median in the road."
Robbie from Fire and Rescue has no objections.
Jay of Building Inspections has no objections.
